Back from Tulsa! Our trip started off on the wrong foot-we forgot everything. I forgot my favorite camera lens, mom forgot her wallet, purse, and our toiletries--I thought the trip was doomed, but it ended up yielding some amazing finds, like this Yankee Doodle costume hat and 70's poet blouse. They inspired my mom and I to shoot this Pirates of the Carribean ensemble...more like Pirates of North Texas.The concha belt is my moms, she got it 20 years ago. The skirt is Atlantis Underground-my moms clothing line from the 80s. I'll post more of our finds soon!
