DO ‘YOUNG DESIGN PRIZE’ LAUNCH PARTY

2010年10月13日（水）に、銀座のニコラス・G・ハイエック センター (スウォッチ グループ ジャパン社屋) 14階にて開催された「RADO YOUNG DESIGN PRIZE 2011 LAUNCH PARTY」。プロジェクト開始を記念して行われたローンチパーティーは、東京の視点を通したハイファッションとストリートファッションの架け橋として様々な情報を取り上げるわたしたち、TOKYODANDYとのコラボレーションだったのです。会場には、プレス関係者はもちろん、デザイナーにモデルと、原宿キッズまでもが押し掛け大盛況というかたちで幕を閉じました。
また、13日より動き始めた「RADO YOUNG DESIGN PRIZE 2011 LAUNCH PARTY」。

The RADO ‘Young Design Prize’ recognizes ‘unlimited spirit’ across a broad range of creative fields and works as a platform to promote and support young creative talent. Tokyo Dandy was chosen to receive special recognition at the launch of the award which took place last Thursday on the 14th floor of the Nicolas G. Hayek Center in Ginza. For two weeks our photos took pride of place over three floors of the exterior of the building, representing Tokyo Dandy’s vision of the city, and also bringing a taste of Shibuya/Harajuku style to the streets of Ginza.
Over 300 guests came to the party, we’d like to thank everyone who was there, RADO for their kindness and generosity, and for the board who selected Tokyo Dandy to receive this special recognition.
We’ve worked hard for over two years promoting others in the city, and it’s really nice to get noticed for the work we do. It’s also inspiration for us to work harder to achieve our creative goals and to push Tokyo Dandy harder in the future. Watch this space.
