Oscar favorite Natalie Portman looked lovely in purple when she walked the red carpet at the 83rd Academy Awards on Sunday, February 27.
The very pregnant Black Swan actress wore a beautiful Rodarte dress in a deep purple hue. Natalie has a very close relationship with Rodarte – the actress has supported the label for a long time and Kate and Laura Mulleavy, the designing sisters behind the label, helped design the costumes for Black Swan.The dress was a surprising for many fashion watchers who thought that the young actress would wear Christian Dior since she was recently named the face of their Miss Dior Cherie perfume.
