In or Out: The Ladies of "Big Love"

Cannot tell a lie.

The lady stars came out for HBO's "Big Love" Season 5 premiere (Lorenzo is salivating for the new season) at The Directors Guild of America in Los Angeles and they all seem to have coordinated their outfits so each of them looks as different from the others as possible.

Ginnifer Goodwin in Valentino Spring 2011

We don't know... She can't be more than a size 4; 6 at the most, right? This dress, while cute, really doesn't seem to work on anyone larger than a size 2. And that's a really tough shade of pink to pull off. The hair is not working at ALL.

Cassi Thomson

Generic Tits and Legs dress. She looks cute, but she looks like any number of 20-something gals heading out to the clubs on a Saturday night.

Daveigh Chase

We admire her ability to stand there without covering her crotch with her hands, even though it looks like she's dying to. But let's face it, she looks like she forgot to put her dress on before she left the house.

Chloe Sevigny in Rodarte Spring 2011

It's a pretty unconventional dress but we kind of like it on her. It probably wouldn't work on anyone but her, though. Love the shoes - another boldly unconventional choice - but the George Washington hair has GOT to go.

Jeanne Tripplehorn

We like the idea of a simple black caftan for her. She's always favored a mature, low-key style which suits her looks. Unfortunately, this is just a bit too low key. The Payless shoes aren't helping the look and neither is the hair. A sassy hair style, some kicky shoes, and some showier jewelry might have made this work.

In or Out: Sharon Stone

IN? OUT? Such matters do not concern SHARON STONE.

Sharon Stone attends the 'Largo Winch II' Paris premiere
at Cinema Gaumont Opera in Paris, France.

Bow down, bitches. SHARON STONE does not concern herself with "rules" or even "societal expectations." SHARON STONE wears her crazy proudly on her floaty, ephemeral sleeves (with cutouts at the shoulder). Though somewhere vaguely north of her forties, SHARON STONE laughs at the idea of sensible shoes. Throws her head back and LAUGHS. SHARON STONE will wear 4-inch heels that are so pointy they could be used to remove your EYES should you say or do something that displeases SHARON STONE. She will not just wear BOOTS, she will wear BOOTS THAT GO ALL THE WAY UP TO HER COOCH FOR ALL YOU KNOW. SHARON STONE does not go to a Paris premiere dressed in crowd-pleasing Chanel or Dior*. She dresses like a DRAG QUEEN DOING STEVIE NICKS, tops her look off with a fuzzy bucket hat, stomps down that red carpet with a hot Frenchman half her age and throws back her head and LAUGHS at the little people who do not understand SHARON STONE and her ways.

It is not for us to declare her IN or OUT. She is SHARON STONE and that's all you need to know.

2011 Golden Globes Awards: The Men

Line up, boys!

Darlings, here are the men. Unfortunately, that's about all we have to say. No, really. We tried, but since 99.999% of them are in black tuxedoes, there's just not a lot to talk about. Some fit well; some didn't. Some wore a tie; some wore a bow tie. Shoutout to Harry Shum for his plaid shirt, which we loved. A salute from our pants to Ryan Gosling, who, against all reason, pulls off a velvet tuxedo and looks damn hot. That little Bieber blastocyst acquitted himself well and we don't mind the footwear. A plea to Jon Hamm to hire a stylist, because he always looks a mess. Ditto to Robert Downey Jr. Almost all of them could have taken an inch or two off the hem of their pants. And that's about it.

Oh, and Christian Bale looked like a crazy person. But we are terribly narrow-minded about black shirts with suits or tuxedos. It instantly reeks of organized crime.

Enjoy the eye candy!
