[NEWS] Taeyang voted as #4 idol fans want to join “Immortal Song 2″

SNSD’s Taeyeon has been voted as the #1 idol fans wish to see as a new member on KBS 2TV’s “Immortal Song 2 – Sing the Legends”.
Yeosung portal held a survey from June 6th to June 12th asking fans “which idol would you like to join Immortal 2 as a new member?“. A total of 1,001 people voted, close to 45% of the votes supported Taeyeon as the candidate.

After Taeyeon, JYJ’s Kim JunSu was voted #2 with a total of 21%. Then at 3rd place was 2AM’s JoKwon who received 19% and in fourth place was Big Bang’s Taeyang who received 13% of the voter’s support.
Meanwhile the development of “Immortal Song 2 – Sing the Legends” has been exciting and intense as idols have a singing showdown by reinterpreting famous songs from old legendary singers.

I happen to enjoy “Immortal Song 2″ a lot because it really challenges the singers and it’s a chance for idols to really show what they are capable of with a stage all for themselves. They’re constantly changing members but I don’t think YG would allow it. I’d love to see Taeyang on it though, he can give us some good r&b performances! :)

Synthesize information on accidents related to Daesung (Big Bang)

Daesung (Big Bang) has been reported to be involved in a car accident and is currently being investigated.

Audi A4 image of Daesung has been disclosed in Korean newspapers. The first picture shows the car was heavily damaged by a car accident. The photos also show that a truck had to pull it up, suggesting that this incident is not simply a case "and scan", it is a serious accident.

breaks my heart to know what happened just a little while after….

Then again, seeing so many people support him, and being

Big Bang is back on SBS!

Hey everyone! I just got a chance to watch the SBS hour-long Big Bang comeback special. I wanted to include my reactions to each song, although everything is a little out of order (I’m watching on YouTube, so it’s to be expected). I’m so excited Big Bang is promoting again! Fun times all around.
Tonight:

LSFJdslkf BIG BANG IS BACK. That’s what this is all about. And it’s wonderful.
The dance almost surprised me, haha. I actually forgot one would accompany the song. It seems rather arbitrary and odd, actually.
Kilts. That is all.
Okay, so the dance is growing on me. I think what’s lacking in this performance is the live energy an audience gives. They recorded this without an audience so I’m guessing that’s what’s missing for me.
How freaking manly does Daesung look? Somehow his new style makes him look OLD, but in a good way. They all look very mature, actually. Two years is a long time!
In fact, I think that’s why I feel so weirded out by the choreography. Part of my brain is wondering why they are all dancing in unison. I wish they did something more along the lines of GD and TOP because that felt so natural! It’s weird seeing them all just doing the moves without a lot of energy. GD especially stands out to me as someone who is not into this kind of thing (his face shows it), and we all know TOP isn’t much of a dancer. I don’t think it’s wrong or particularly strange for them to be dancing because it’s expected of them, but I just feel that it’s a little stilted in this performance.
I already heard about GD’s spotlight moment from the Big Show recaps, but it’s still awesome! Also, please note that he is clearly wearing a dress. This is not a first but it’s still worth of mentioning.
Last Farewell: A true classic! I always love the energy of this song. SEE. this is entirely what was missing from the “Tonight” perf. This has so much fun and adorableness even though it’s a song they’ve performed hundreds of times. I’m not saying the other song needs anything more than an audience.
AW, Deasung’s beautiful smile! Yay. And I just got a good look at Taeyang’s shirt LMAO. BACON AND EGGS SMILY FACE!
Sunset Glow: The performance level continues to own. This is looking like a mini-concert, haha. Oh, and now I’m seeing that they all have some kind of food on their shirts, lol. GD’s excitement about everything is so evident. LOVING IT. I know they recorded these things a while before the new material so it could be that they were a lot more tired later, especially with Big Show prep.
Somebody to Love:
Everyone looks so good! I’m starting to think Daesung has a Hyun Bin cut. I still don’t feel in love with this song but they definitely look great performing it. I still stand by the fact that a live audience pumps up everything by like… a thousand million frillion. You know, it’s not everything but it’s ALMOST everything. I think they feed off of the excitement of fans.
Cafe:
I was really curious how they’d do this song. I think it’s pretty fun, and their outfits CRACK ME UP. They all have their own faces on their clothes! Haha, love it. They sound awesome! I can’t believe SBS is letting therm do all of this. Their old songs aren’t really getting 100% of the original song time, but the new ones are. Love the classic black and white look. AND THE WAY GD FINISHES THE SONG? HEAAAAAAAARTS.
Lies:
MMM yeah, I love remixes of this song. This one is particularly fantastic! I loved the way they ended it. And dang, those fans close to the stage lucked out.
Hands Up:
I’m surprised they did this one in front of fans! But it’s not like it’s a super new song. It’s a fun one for the stage, definitely. LOL of the shot of Seungri grinning (at about a minute in). Oh SBS, your lyrics. Or is it YG who is at fault? “Everybody plz don’t stop” LMAO. YESSSSSS TOP. He rules his part in this song. I kind of need Taeyang to take of his shade though. Have you tried wearing sunglasses inside? It’s crap. I do it sometimes because I’m lazy (if you’re just walking through a building) but you can’t see anything LOL. I love GD’s flying move. he can do it all day long and I won’t care.
OH, and of course, their “Big Bang is back” banners are perfection.
What Is Right:
I love GD’s hat! The choreography is super cute too, making me like this song more than before (the happy rainbows in the back are also helping). I like how their clothes show off their own individual styles but they also work together.
Okay, that’s it for now. I want to wait until the interviews are subbed and I still haven’t finished Secret Garden so I want to wait on the parody (and I’m sure that would also be funnier if it was subbed). YAY though. I love Big Bang! What did you think of all this hoopla?

{BIG BANG } Big Bang’s saying goodbye…for now

Big Bang definitely made a big bang when they returned with Tonight, but fans were pleasantly surprised when they continued promotions with another two new tracks to add to the album, “Love Song” and “Stupid Liar.”

However, all good things must sadly come to an end, for today on April 30th, Big Bang will be bidding fans goodbye with their last appearance on this week’s Inkigayo.
The goodbye stage is set to blow our minds, seeing how YG representatives revealed that the boys were given five minutes for their farewell performance and would be presenting a new stage to be experienced.
To wrap off, Big Bang will not just be performing Love Song, but also a special Intro, which G-dragon created by blending all the members’ solo tracks into one short composition. I have no idea how it’s going to sound like, but from a perfectionist like GD, it’s gonna be good.
It might be bye-bye to us for now, but lucky Japanese fans will get to catch the boys live with their “Love & Hope” Japan tour, kicking off on May 10th.
Wipe your tears now, kiddo. We’ll see Big Bang soon, no doubt.

[MTVK] Video Of The Day: IU Fangirls Over Big Bang’s Taeyang

Everyone knows IU is a huge fan of Big Bang‘s Taeyang but on the latest episode of Heroes, her inner fangirl took over her usual idol image.
During a corner on the show, 100 male idols had to pick their three favorite Heroes cast members.
The MC revealed that 2PM’s Wooyoung and Super Junior’s Eunhyuk had picked IU for all three spots but her expression remained unchanged.
When it was revealed that Big Bang’s Taeyang had also chosen her, she immediately began jumping up and down and wasn’t able to calm down.
It’s nice to know idols fangirl over other idols.

Big Bang’s 4th mini-album released + MV teaser for “Tonight” 2011

After teasing fans endlessly for the past few weeks, the wait is finally over as Big Bang’s 4th mini-album has finally been released!
I haven’t had a chance to thoroughly listen to the tracks but from what I’ve heard thus far, it sounds amazing. Big Bang’s Lollipop 2 MV released

Last month, male group Big Bang released Lollipop 2, the sequel to last year’s hit Lollipop for the LG Cyon Lollipop phone. Since then, the boys have been constantly teasing us and even released a director’s cut music video last week. Now, the wait is finally over and the full music video is here!

The boys have been very busy promoting in Japan so not many fans have been able to see their favorite trendsetters on the k-pop scene. Luckily we’re treated to this sweet music video as the boys prance around in colorful outfits and look irresistibly delicious. There’s even a cameo by Perez Hilton (hint: focus on T.O.P.).

Big Bang lets loose “Tell Me Goodbye” music video!

It’s been entirely too long since we’ve seen the young men of Big Bang together in a music video, but YG Entertainment has finally delivered the official MV for the quintet’s Japanese track Tell Me Goodbye! As we earlier reported, this track was was made for IRIS’s Japanese OST.

A few years back, Big Bang debuted with a hip hop concept, and has since experimented with more eccentric and colorful styles in recent years. This time around, we get to see all five members mature for a dark, vintage look (including TOP with gray hair!) which perfectly fits the grim atmosphere.
Although the mood of the music video itself is quite melancholy, I’m sure VIPs will be overjoyed to see all five members performing again, so without further delay, check out the brand new track & music video here!

Big Bang’s TONIGHT music video unleashed!

Last evening was definitely Big Bang’s night as the five member power group made their comeback in the biggest of ways – with an hour-long comeback episode on SBS and a concert with 14,000 fans, there was no question that Big Bang is back and better than ever.
Aside from seeing the members making their live stage com
eback, one of the most highly anticipated features for the ‘2011 Big Show’ was the unveiling of the music video for Big Bang’s title track, TONIGHT.
As earlier revealed, the music video was filmed in Las Vegas; although it doesn’t feature the song’s choreography, the backdrops and unique atmosphere of this MV more than make up for it.
